Resilience

The resilient person is one who understands the crisis ahead and mobilizes resources to overcome it. It does not mean that the resilient individual is invulnerable or armored. It is not about always coming out unharmed from a critical situation but about developing the ability to deal with the crisis efficiently and come out of it stronger.
